Smart "data utilization": adopt methods to extract data from business systems for work, connect with the group's ERP, SRM, COP, WMS, and production systems through the big data platform, and obtain data from non-business systems through supplementary collection and construction.
Smart "supervision": the system has currently built 30 risk monitoring and analysis models, including 5 for political supervision, 12 for material supervision, 9 for engineering bidding, and 4 for engineering acceptance and settlement. The models achieve automatic, comprehensive, and precise supervision and early warning for process compliance, operational standards, and integrity, as well as various comprehensive analyses to assist in problem localization.
Smart "disposal": Using the real-time data dashboard, the collected information of various risk points is compared with the real-time warning standards, including key information such as personnel details, time nodes, process sequences, and control indicators. This forms a risk point monitoring and warning "database" for each sector. After analysis, rectification tasks are issued, and the execution of abnormal disposal tasks is tracked to achieve a closed-loop disposal process, ensuring the implementation of supervisory responsibilities.
